Biography
Caitlyn brings a deep understanding of the AHEC mission, having served as a program manager with Northern Highland Wisconsin AHEC since 2021. In this role, she has managed AHEC Scholars, supported student placements, mentored community health interns, developed and onboarded CRM systems, and written and administered grant-funded initiatives. Her work reflects a strong commitment to supporting learners and strengthening program operations across the AHEC continuum.
Prior to joining AHEC, Caitlyn served as a project manager for Wisconsin Health Literacy and as a public relations coordinator for a rural healthcare organization. There, she led digital and print communications efforts while also supporting local AHEC and HOSA initiatives, experiences that inspired her to pursue a broader role in health education and workforce development. Caitlyn holds a degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and is passionate about helping members feel informed, connected, and supported across the AHEC network.
Outside of work, she lives in Wisconsin with her husband, two children, and their growing family farm. She enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring different states with her family.
